Session Recording

  • All live video sessions on SolveNow are automatically recorded once both the Student and Expert have joined the call. This is a standing feature of the Platform and is not optional on a per-session basis.
  • Recordings are made and stored via our third-party video infrastructure provider (Daily.co) and are used solely for: (a) safety monitoring and investigation of conduct complaints, (b) resolution of billing or session-quality disputes, and (c) quality assurance.
  • Recordings are accessible only to authorized SolveNow personnel for the purposes above, and are not shared publicly or with unrelated third parties.
  • Recordings are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for safety monitoring, dispute resolution, and quality assurance purposes, and are periodically reviewed and deleted thereafter. SolveNow does not retain recordings indefinitely.
  • By joining a live session, both the Student (or their parent/guardian, where the Student is a minor) and the Expert consent to this recording.
